​The Ultimate Resiliency Workshop helps to develop EI competencies and establish resilience among individuals and small teams in the most unique setting...under water! 

Through a variety of team building exercises learn how to communicate effectively, make adaptive decisions, manage stress, and extend trust in order to build individual and team resilience that will resonate in the workplace.

Our lead staff instructor is a fully certified Scuba Diving International (SDI) Instructor Trainer who has logged thousands of instructional hours of SCUBA and  over 25 years of leadership training and executive coaching experience. No matter what your skill level, this resiliency workshop will help develop EI competencies that fundamentally improve resilience.
